LifeHouse respects the privacy of individuals seeking recovery support.
If LifeHouse collects Protected Health Information (PHI) directly in connection with healthcare services, we will use and disclose that information only as permitted by applicable law.

- Coordinate care
- Provide recovery services
- Process referrals
- Communicate with treatment providers
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect confidential information.
Individual Rights
Individuals have rights regarding their health information, including the right to:
- Request access to records
- Request corrections
- Request restrictions on certain disclosures
- Receive an accounting of disclosures where required by law
